California Planning & Development Report is seeking a sales-oriented person to take the lead in developing new online revenue sources involving the website www.cp-dr.com. Major duties will include:

• Crafting and implementing direct-mail and email marketing strategies
• Personally “closing” major advertising sales
• Exploring new sources of online revenue

The ideal candidate will have advertising sales experience, knowledge of the planning and development field, and insight into online revenue opportunities.

This job will likely be a part-time job with mostly incentive-based compensation at first. CP&DR’s office is located in Ventura but salesperson can work remotely.
