Huntington Beach Barred From Denying Or Reducing Density On Housing Projects

A Superior Court judge has ordered the City of Huntington Beach to continue processing a wide variety of housing applications and suspended the city’s ability to knock down the density on projects identified in the housing element, pending resolution of a lawsuit from the state.
