News Alert: Oral Arguments in Redevelopment Suit to be Heard Nov. 10

Oral arguments in California Redevelopment Association v. Matosantos, the lawsuit by CRA and League of CA Cities seeking to invalidate Assembly Bills 1X 26&27, will be heard in the California Supreme Court tomorrow, Thursday Nov. 10, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. The CRA and League of California Cities contend the legislation is unconstitutional, violating recently-passed Proposition 22 and other provisions of the state constitution.
