PLANNING ASSOCIATE/PLANNING ASSISTANT: City of West Covina, CA - (Salary: $4,063 – $5,293/monthly salary). Bachelor's degree in urban planning, architecture, landscape architecture, public administration, or related fields. Planning Associate requires two (2) years of responsible professional experience in the field of urban planning, preferably with a state, county, or municipal agency. A graduate degree in urban planning or public administration desirable. Planning Assistant requires one (1) year of responsible experience in the field of urban planning, preferably with a state, county, or municipal agency. A graduate degree in urban planning or public administration desirable.
