The resolution was adopted nearly unanimously, setting the tone for an agenda focused on equity and social justice. 

CP&DR's Josh Stephens spoke with Richardson about his agenda and the role that a regional planning organization like SCAG can play in reducing racism and lifting up disadvantaged communities.
